ABOUT ME
I have over fifteen years' customer service experience, ten of those years' in hospitality. I've worked in both cafes and restaurants;, I really enjoy working in cafes and understand the sense of urgency required to from taking a Customer's order to taking their coffee out to them, while still giving excellent customer service.
I am a bubbly, approachable and responsible person who enjoys working in a team environment, given the opportunity I will prove myself to be a valuable asset to any work place. I have very good initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on learning and training others.
