I have been on many stations at this cafe including barista. host, on till (digital) and running food and drinks, making cold drinks and heating cabinet food and sorting scones/muffins.

Piccolo Restaurant , Waiter/Front of House

I ran the front of house in the restaurant mostly solo. Including setting tables, I did table service and serve wine and beer (small amount of spirits also) and organised orders for the kitchen. I ran food and finalized the bill (manually,) and did cash up at the end of the night. using EFPOS machine too. Coffee was a small part of this eatery.

I love coffee and enjoy making a great tasting cup! I can truly focus and really smash out coffees whist maintaining great presentation. I love working in hospo as I find interacting with people makes every day different and exciting! With coming up to 9 years experience and also winning a competion between all universities in Christchurch, you could say i really do love my coffee!!

Manual Machines (Stopping/Starting shot) 80-100 per hour on a really good day.

What do you order when you're on the other side of the machine?
I love my cappuccino but enjoy a good mocha!
