I have been on many stations at this cafe including barista. host, on till (digital) and running food and drinks, making cold drinks and heating cabinet food and sorting scones/muffins.

Piccolo Restaurant , Waiter/Front of House

I ran the front of house in the restaurant mostly solo. Including setting tables, I did table service and serve wine and beer (small amount of spirits also) and organised orders for the kitchen. I ran food and finalized the bill (manually,) and did cash up at the end of the night. using EFPOS machine too. Coffee was a small part of this eatery.

Being a small private cafe, I have built fantastic relationships with the regular members of Ngai Tahu and expanded my knowledge about coffee, customer relationships and service. With being that i have worked here 3yo and with 8yrs experience under my belt, i think it is time to move on to my next adventure!
