3 words that you believe would sum-up a great bar person:
If you were a drink, what type of drink would you be and why?
I would be Roll Royce
A perfect Martini, with a little something extra to bring added dimension.
What uniform and tools of the trade do you have?
Knife Kit, and School Uniform
What's your favourite cuisine to cook?
I generally have no preference, but I enjoy all things Breakfast and Italian.
Can you carry three plates?
I have never tried, but am willing to learn, and confident I can master.
If those plates were for you, what would be on them?
Two would be savory, and one would be sweet. One would definitely be a protein.
How would you describe your management style?
My management style is hands on. I never expect anyone to do a job i'm not willing to do. I believe in leading by example, treating your employees like people, saying thank you, and consistently providing praise and appreciation to staffs good work.
What's your favourite music to put on in the store on a Friday?
I've never had to handle the music selection of the stores I managed, but it would be something upbeat, fitting for the clientele my business catered to.
What separates a 'great' manager from a 'good' manager?
A great manager knows how to find an employee's strengths and weakness, and use them to produce results within the team. A great manager can make the most unenthusiastic employee "get it" and care about their work. A great manager knows when its time time to kick it into high gear and motivate the entire staff.
