What coffee machines have you used? And, on a good day, how many coffees can you make per hour?
Worked on various La Marzocco Models, a La San Macro & a BFC. Working in a barista team 50-60 Coffees in a rush hour. Alone around 40 Coffees I would estimate.
What do you order when you're on the other side of the machine?
A small (say 6 oz or 8 oz) double shot flat white. Maybe a cheeky piccolo. Or maybe a short-long black/shlong.
