Confident, motivated and approachable are some words to describe me. I have a kind nature and a strong sense of leadership. Most people describe me as a “Social butterfly”. I’m always willing to go above and beyond my duties.

How would you describe your management style?
I am a fair manager, I am not a huge believer in hierarchy. I treat my staff as equals because I believe that helps them to respect you more and are going to see you less as a threat.
