My name is Eva Roling, I'm 20 years old and I'm an incredibly happy person who always loves helping out other people. I'm looking for full-time work (ideally as a bartender) to save up some money for my trip to the UK this year. I am able to work full day shifts on both weekdays and weekends, and I will also happily do morning, noon or night shifts for a part time job too. I'm a quick learner, am respectful, responsible, trustworthy and diligent and have a brilliant sense of humour so you can guarantee I will make for a laugh around the workplace - however, I am also serious when required and will be happy to do any task I am given.

What qualities do you like in a sales assistant when you're the one doing the shopping?
I love it when they're sociable, but not overly intrusive - asking how I'm doing and if I need help finding anything is always awesome, but not following me around pressuring me to try clothes on or buy things.
How do you like to be treated by cashiers/check-out staff when you're buying something?
I love having conversations and joking around with people serving me! Due to my experience with hospo work I know that one nice customer can make your night ten times better than before, so I always try to do that for others.
What draws you to apply for a job in retail?
I've dabbled a lot in hospitality and believe I really shine with customer service, so I believe I would do well in a retail setting. Also I find the fashion industry very interesting and would like to know more about it and what goes on behind the scenes.
Outside of work how do you like spending your time doing?
I like going out for drinks with my friends, and love writing and sketching.
How would you describe your management style?
Prepared! When working at Zambrero I would always make sure we had enough stock to last us as long as needed, and enough staff on to survive peak times. Any shift I oversaw was organised, and we would always have our prep done on time and to a high standard.
What's your favourite music to put on in the store on a Friday?
I try to always put on music that suits the situation, so if it's a busy Friday night I will make sure there is some songs on that not only make the store/bar seem like a fun environment for customers but also helps the staff feel motivated and happy - for example, a 90's rap playlist would be far better than playing lo-fi, slow tunes, which would make us all fall asleep.
