I was tasked with designing and producing the company's annual report, invites and other stationery design for a Royal Visit in which we hosted the Duchess of Cornwall to a tour of the facility and after a high tea for her and invited guests. I was fortunate to get Laurent Leaudeac and Le Cordon Blue students to participate in the event as well in which we developed a comprehensive plan to successfully cater and provide silver service to the distinguished guests. A great experience. As part of the marketing team I was project lead on a fundraising effort where I designed their 2016 calendar and generated over $5,000 in fundraising where I coordinated with a photographer the photo shoot of donators pets. Who would be your dream guest?
A tourist, I love spreading the love I have for New Zealand to visitors of our country. So much so, that even on our family farm located in Ruatorea, Gisborne we would often take in tourists, feed and accomodate them to give them just a slice of Kiwi life living on the Coast. We’d never let them leave without enjoying a hangi, going for a hunt for wild pork or deer or a surf & dive for kai Moana!
